Today, SARES & MIRAMONDI proudly share more than a century of combined experience, a legacy built on excellence, expertise, innovation, teamwork, and enduring partnerships. The standard linear handling systems are replaced more and more frequently by robotic handling. The robotic revolution is empowered with cooperative features and machine learning algorithms maximizing advantages and efficiency. With our partners, leaders in the robotic industry, we implement flexible and innovative concepts and layouts. In more complex production lines, SARES integrates the process controls and the automated handling systems to build up fully automatic stations.
To ensure quality reliability & after-sales smart service we integrate different assembly technologies. The common factor is process monitoring & quality control performed with the most advanced devices on the market.
Spot, seam & projection welding processes have been integrated into this automatic production line to assemble oven cavities & its components, manipulated with a robotic handling system.
Two stations perform the internal width dimensions control and the front frame planarity control.

A Laser Cleaning System performs the shell ends cleaning on both wrapper heads.
To avoid shell edges contamination and damages leading to a bad welding quality as aesthetical appearance and as mechanical property and geometry of the laser welded joint, the rounding and alignment process made without touching the edges.
Drum shell positioning and locating device properly aligns the two edges ready for the Laser Welding Cycle. The device is assembled on a servo-controlled slide driven below the laser torch.
A Laser Welding Quality Control System analyses the radiation created by the interaction between laser beam and work piece, detecting process irregularities and welding mistakes.
