I made this little desktop organizer for my wife for our 5 year anniversary last week.

The design comes from .a.j.sellers. I started following Paul a few years back and his videos and projects have really inspired my passion for the finer side of woodworking.

Southern cherry, assembled with full and half blind dovetails, finished with shellac, and rubbed to a satin finish.

What a difference. Opening up the back of this kitchen near the pantry has made a world of difference (knocking down the wall for an open concept, putting in a new custom matched peninsular with bar seating, installing a marble back splash throughout, putting in a new floor, and rearranging the appliances didn't hurt either)!
