✅ Premium seating options (expected to become bookable in 2025)

The research is clear and indicates that more than 80% of Southwest Customers prefer an assigned seat. These changes come as a part of our ongoing commitment to enhance the Customer experience, including faster WiFi, new in-seat power, larger overhead bins, and more comfortable seats.

🚨 Much needed changes coming to the Genie + and Lightning Lane reservation system starting July 24th. It’s going to feel much more like the old Fast Pass + days and I CANNOT wait! Now I can help all of you do some of these reservations in ADVANCE of your trip instead of waiting until the day of!!
