Private detached villa available for holiday letting

Our spacious and private 4 bedroom detached villa with swimming pool is located in a quiet traditional Cypriot village called Sotira, located on the south east coast of Cyprus.

Whilst it is set within a very peaceful village it is only 10 minutes drive to the gorgeous sandy beaches in Ayia Napa, Nisse Beach, Llanda and Ayia Thekla to name but a few.

Sunnyside Villa 7 is a very spacious and private holiday villa with 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8 people) 3 bathrooms, large enclosed swimming pool (fenced and gated for safety) mature gardens, located in the picturesque traditional Sotira village just 10 minutes drive to Ayia Napa centre. On the first floor you have bedrooms 1 to 3, the master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, a large terrace with great views across the lake (dry in the summer months) and has its own shower ensuite bathroom. There is 1 main family bathroom with full bath and overhead shower, bedroom 2 has a double bed and private veranda. Bedroom 3 has singles (1.5 size larger than standard) Bedroom 4 is located on the ground floor with a king size bed and am adjacent bathroom with a large wall to wall shower. 1 wooden baby cot and high chair is available at all times for our guests free of charge.

In the living room you have a 42 inch flat screen with English TV, and 100's of other international channels through an android box. Xbox with games, DVD player with variety of DVD's, books and board games provided. The modern kitchen is extremely well equipped and is fitted with oven/hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, frappe mixer, blender, coffee machine, steamer, bread machine, cafetiere.

Each end of the living room has sliding doors which open onto the garden which has been nicely designed to create different areas to sit and enjoy the variety of outlooks from the garden.

With only one immediate neighbour this villa is so very secluded and private, it is fenced and secure giving an authentic tranquil atmosphere

At the side veranda you have a ping pong table with bats and balls supplied, dartboard, basketball hoop, front porch has a nice shaded seating area with outdoors sofa, and to the rear you have dining table and chairs, umbrella, 2 bbq's (charcoal and gas) with an awning giving extra shade on those very sunny and hot days.

The swimming pool is very safe for children as it is located in a fenced off area of garden accessible by a gate which can be kept locked at your convenience. For couples or groups without children who want easy access and more freedom to the pool a section of fencing can be unlocked and removed for ease.

The large kidney shaped pool is very inviting with lots of room for sunbathing (8x sunbeds with cushions supplied) and surrounded by green shrubs and palm trees. Kids trampoline is set up at the top of the garden.

Our area is very popular with bird watchers, nature lovers and foodies, we have some of the best restaurants in the area... see reviews for Mousikos Taverna, Old Simos Taverna and Ploumin which are all within easy walking distance from our villa.

We are fortunate to have beautiful views all around the villa and it is totally private and unique in this area.
