Amongst Amongst is a way of life, a call to live passionately. Charlie Houk, Jimmy Slovitt and Kyle Vesper are the founders of Amongst. What does Amongst mean?

We are three students at Denison University who want to see people live passionate lives. In a world where everyone is thinking about tomorrow we forget that today could be the best day of our life. People often think that they need to travel and spend lots of money in order to do extraordinary things. We want you to realize that there are an infinit amount adventurous things that can be done in

your own backyard. Amongst will be a place for people to inspire others and be inspired by their peers experiences. Amongst has the unique ability to connect with people on an individual basis. Being Amongst is when you do something that captures what living is meant to be. It is taking advantage of today instead of worrying about tomorrow. Whether it's hiking in your local preserve or a DIY home project they can both be Amongst. Stepping out of your comfort zone is encouraged but not required. The goal is that at the end of the day you can say that you really lived today. You took advantage of geography around you and had a memorable day.
