Baker’s Dozen Academy hosted our last class at Eden Christian Academy Wexford today! Our “young chefs” created their very own Chocolate chip-brownie delight! They made their brownie crust, chocolate mousse, then layered with chocolate chip cookies, whipped cream, and garnished with crumbled chocolate chip cookies.

We had an awesome four week program at Richland Elementary school! Our young chefs created:
An Easter Bunny Cake, Fondant Spring cookies, Ladybug, Butterfly, Clown and Balloon cupcakes, and Triple Banana Crème Lasagna!! Their creativity was amazing! Our last class was spring fondant cookies; they did a fantastic job!

Our "dessert chefs" will tap into their own inventiveness, originality, and creativity to decorate their own 8-inch cake into their own vision of our precious Earth, which can include wildlife, water sources.......their imagination will go wild!!!

What a fun day we had yesterday at Blessed Seelos Academy in Wexford! Our “young chefs” created their own brownie crust, chocolate mousse, added a crumbled chocolate chip cookie layer, then topped it off with with whipped cream…… we couldn’t forget to garnish the dessert with crumbled chocolate chip cookies!

We had our second day of camp at Steam Studio. Our young chefs created their own graham cracker crust and mixed, measured, and blended their miniature cheesecakes. Then they garnished them with strawberries and Oreos. They proudly took home their delicious cheesecakes!!! They had a great day at camp today.
We had a wonderful summer camp at Steam Studio in Warrendale. Our young chefs measured, mixed and created tie dye truffles with their choice of colorful sprinkles. The last day of camp our students baked and created sugar cookies and rolled ( with their own rolling pin) various summer fondant designs. Then they further embellished them with food markers and various candies. It was a great week and our young chef's creativity shined!!! We had the pleasure of hosting Cami's birthday party today! Birthday guests made hot chocolate cupcakes and poppy and branch cupcake cones. They enjoyed pizza and concluded the party with our amazing ice cream sundae bar!! It was a great party! Happy Birthday Cami!!
What a fun night with Girl Scouts of Western Pa. at Christ Lutheran Church in West View!!! We made Poppy, Branch, and Creek Troll Cupcake cones!! Girls used pastry bags, fondant, cotton candy, and various candies to create their unique, delicious desserts!! They had a blast! We still have openings available for our May 15th class creating Chrysanthemum and Sunflower cupcakes. Email us at [email protected] to register.
Baker's Dozen Academy had an American Girl Doll Birthday Party today!! Birthday guests created melting Snowman Cookies and Oreo Chocolate Creme Trifles in glass jars, along with a homemade white chocolate "American Girl Doll theme" STAR for their garnish on their trifle!!! Birthday guests brought their American Girl doll, or their favorite stuffed animal to sit at a special table with their own "special food" for the party! It was Sooo much fun!!
