Just visit a balloon vendor cast member with the deflated one and they will gladly give you a replacement. Also, if you want an “UP!” photo moment, the vendors will let you hold the bunch for a quick photo. (They need to keep a grip on the strings too, but they will be just out of view for the 📸)
