It was created on november 22 2012 by the graphic artist Jessika Dunn-Hill. JHillz graphics was created as an original page, in order for me to create a display of all the graphic works that i had done. Like every company, they evoluate. I decided to create HILLROX in order to get rid of the childish name i had given to my company. I wanted to create a company that could evoluate with his
tory. The origins behind the name HILLROX are taken from two memories. My father, when i was young, would never use the name Dunn-Hill because of familial issues. He would only use his name Hill. I always wished to make my father proud and so i decided to use only the word Hill in order to name my company. Also after reaserch on the web, on how to create your company name. It was found that come people would combine their pets names with other personal relevance. Therefore, i decided to use the work Hill mixed with the work ROX which is short for Roxas. Roxas was the name of my cat pet. The name Roxas is originaly from the video game Kingdom Hearts. This was a game is used to play when i was living my first true love. Finally i decided that the word HILLROX would compine the three things that had the most inpact on my life. My father, my cat, and my first true love. When it comes to the logo, i was always a fan or Japanese art. I used to have a bonsai when i was a child. From lack of knowledge the tree eventually died. Even so a great lesson was to learn. With the years you learn many differint things which help you become a more knowledgeable person and the experiences you live threw make you grow. Today i am a great gardener if you may say so, one of my many talents. I thought that using the symbol of a tree would well represent the empire that i wish to see grow one day. A tree grows and becomes stronger with the years. Therefore, i chose a japanese bonsai to represent my passion for japanese art and finaly the tree to represent growth.
