is amazing in so many ways, but let’s talk about her day at Hollywood Studios with her big twins and baby twins! They had a reservation for the bigs to build droids at Droid Depot before park open, which meant they were in Galaxy’s Edge before the crowds flocked there! What a dream for Star Wars fans! She even came prepared with clear backpacks purchased on Amazon for the droids. And look at the tiniest, most precious Star Wars fans there ever were 😍 Morgan is a treasure trove of information on so many things— recipes, home schooling, breast feeding, home decor… she can do it all, so of course she knocked this trip out of the park! Thanks, Morgan, for letting me be a tiny part of your trip planning!!

Thank you to the adorable Haley family for letting me help plan your first family Disney trip! This trip was a dream— it started with them finding out upon arrival that they had been upgraded to a Theme Park View room at the Contemporary! Check out their view of the fireworks and castle! 🥰 They met lots of characters, celebrated a super-cool birthday boy with a Mickey cake 😎, and are already ready to book again for next spring break!! 😂

Let’s talk about SUMMER at Disney World! We’re getting close to the 60 day dining window opening, and I can’t recommend enough having a lunch reservation on the books while you’re in the parks in the summer! While it’s HOT in Orlando in the summer, if you take advantage of early entry for resort guests, have a cool sit down lunch, break for naps or pools in the afternoon, then come back in the evening, it’s totally manageable! (Also bring all the fans and cooling towels you can and buy all the frozen treats! 😅) We went in July 2020 with this crew and had to wear masks indoors and outdoors at ALL times. I feel like if we can handle that, it would be a breeze in the summer maskless!!

On our last night, I helped Josh tuck these four cuties in to bed and then I hopped on the Skyliner by myself to go watch the Epcot fireworks! After not sleeping for six nights because of a baby that didn’t do well in a hotel room, it was very nice to leave the room with just myself and my magic band for an hour or so! Lavender Lemonade from Le Petit Cafe in the Riviera, Crab and cream cheese wontons in the China pavilion, and (not pictured but most important!) a salted caramel buttercream gingerbread cookie from Karamel Kuche in Germany! Wonderful ending to a wonderful trip!

Our last day was my birthday - December 23rd. The weather was beyond perfect and we sat in our favorite spot in the whole kingdom for a long time, eating our Sleepy Hollow musts and watching cavalcades and even the Christmas parade! These are the moments I will remember forever! Ended the day with snow on Main Street. Practically perfect in every way!

I can’t tell you how highly I recommend having a rest day at Disney! Sometimes you just can’t budget enough time, and that’s fine too, but it’s so nice to just be able to explore different resorts, swim, etc. The Disney Magic is not only inside the parks… some of the best moments are unexpected and happen right at your resort! During our trip, we said goodbye to grandparents and my niece and then loved over to the Riviera Resort to try it out. (We also said goodbye to the rain that day, which was NICE!)

Our Hollywood Studios day was hard because of thunderstorms during the first part of the day and rain the remainder! That didn’t stop us from having a great time, though! Pop and Liz loved Galaxy’s Edge, and seeing Toy Story Land lit up at night is one of my favorites.

Thank you to the sweetest Wollas family for letting me help plan a last minute Presidents Day trip to WDW! They stayed at the amazing Beach Club resort with gorgeous views and the best pool on property. I love these pictures of the kids waving at characters in the new Adventure Friends cavalcade in Magic Kingdom and also the beautiful castle during the fireworks show!

What an incredible trip the Gibsons and Chandlers had! They stayed at the gorgeous Grand Floridian Resort (which has a new walking trail to Magic Kingdom!), dined with lots of fun characters, and even took turns having date nights at some awesome restaurants with views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks! This was a trip for the books, for sure!

I was so glad I got to help my cousin and her precious family plan their Disney trip! Just look at that sweet sibling hug in front of the beautiful castle at night! 😍 They got to meet characters, enjoy Epcot’s Festival of the Arts, try out two fun resorts, swim, and the kids got to ride their favorite ride 4 times… the Teacups!

The Defoor family had the trip of a lifetime at Disney and I was so glad I could help them make it happen!! From Christmas to New Years, they had a Savannah view room at Animal Kingdom Lodge (just check out their balcony views!), they experienced Christmas fun in all the parks, and they rang in the new year at Hollywood Studios!! What amazing memories for these sweet kids!

I’m so glad the Laffertys and Lashlees were able to take a much-needed magical vacation! They stayed at the fabulous Port Orleans French Quarter and ate Mickey beignets, ate at some great restaurants, and got to see the parks in their Christmas-y best! Thanks for letting me help you plan!

The Wigleys just got back from an awesome trip to Disney! They squeezed in SO much — stayed at the incredible Polynesian Resort, dined with characters at Chef Mickeys, rode the newest attraction- Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, got princess makeovers in their resort room, etc! I had fun helping this sweet family with their Disney vacation!

Thanks to the Jernigan family for letting me help plan this Disney trip! They got to ride everything in Magic Kingdom and some things 2-3 times! They also dined with Minnie and friends in their Halloween best and were able to get boarding passes to ride the incredible Rise of the Resistance!

Nothing quite like Disney memories! Just now getting around to posting pictures from post-Christmas trip, and as you can tell, they had a great time! Family, friends, Christmas, Disney… doesn’t get better than that combination!!!

The McKelvey family had so much fun on this trip at the beginning of this year that we are already making all the plans for another one this fall! Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique hasn’t reopened yet, but we booked a former “fairy godmother” to come to their Little Mermaid room at Art of Animation and give sweet Lynnix a princess makeover! So glad that the outside pictures from their next trip will be maskless!! .w.mckelvey
