The principals of Mosaic have over fifty years of combined experience in the Metropolitan Denver market in the areas of residential and commercial property leasing, management, investment and development. Bruce Heitler, President, started Mosaic Property Management to leverage lessons learned and provide dual expertise that will benefit assets over the long-term. Jan Lastrella, CPM®, Director of Property Management, joined the company in 2005 to oversee the portfolio as well as the day-to-day business operations of Mosaic. With the addition of Venetia Makshanoff, in 2006, Mosaic has an exceptional balance of experience and knowledge to offer our current and future clients.
