From lounging on St.Peter’s pool beach to discovering the colourful village of Marsaxlokk, mingling with the fishermen and relaxing on the traditional Luzzu boats marked by “Eye of Osiris”, there is a whole island of stunning views to wake up to.
Add to that the famed old capital of Mdina, the imposing Saint John’s Co-Cathedral in Valletta, and magnificent cliffs in Gozo and it’s easy to understand why most of the people start planning their return trip to Malta before they’ve even left the island the first time.

20,000 Reasons
is the first Maltese romantic comedy which made it to all local cinemas and the first local feature film for 2016. This movie is the result of a Malta Film Workshop training programme initiated by the Malta Film Commission in partnership with Film London's Microwave International production scheme.

Most of the cast and crew were Maltese and it was the first feature movie opportunity for almost all of them. The film brings us into the world of two Maltese families who don't quite see eye to eye. We see the huge contrast between a family from the North of Malta and a family from the South. This romantic movie brought out the nice characteristics of the Maltese island and the beautiful weather we can all enjoy during Summer although the cast and the crew had to work in unbearable heatwaves to make this project possible.
20,000 Reasons is presently in all local cinemas.
