I had an excellent question asked today and I wanted to share it and my response. Many think using a travel agent “costs them money” but in reality we can save you so much!

1. I provide a service and help you, especially if there are any issues.
2. I don’t charge a fee, so my services to you are free of charge.
3. I can usually match or beat prices found on the web and save you time by not having to search for "deals".
4. I have knowledge of the destinations, cruises and resorts - as I spend thousands each year to travel and learn. My knowledge is a big help when trying to decide on your perfect vacation. If I haven't been there, I definitely have a colleague who has!
5. You are helping a small business - all vacations (cruises, resorts, trips, excursions etc) have commissions built into their rate - so when you don’t use an agent you just put more money in their pocket. Why not allow someone to make a living?
