ASS Club @ Sugar Mountain 3/7/22. We got separated this day so I only got a couple pics of me and Brian together. This was just his 2nd time snowboarding and he did great! As you can see in the pics, conditions were less than optimal. Temps in low 60’s and snow was wet/slushy. But we had fun, and of course enjoyed some good beer and food. (At The Bear Den @ Lowe’s Foods. Wings at Bayou Smokehouse - too hot to be listed on the menu. They call them “Are You Sure?”. Parts of me were not happy about my decision the next day. 😂)

Pretty icy conditions but a good early in the day end of season run down Gunther’s Way at Sugar Mountain.

Another day trip last season to Sugar Mountain in NC. Sorry for the audio cutout but it was a great day for snowboarding at the end of March in the south.

We will also be doing a lot of day trips. My goal is 20 days on the slopes this season. This was a beautiful day at Cataloochee in NC. Only a little over 3 hours from Aiken.

Mark and I had a great day at Cataloochee Ski Area on Monday as we enjoyed some late season snow. Glad to see some cold weather come to what has been a tough season for our resorts in the southeast.
