Came across this company while listening to a marketing podcast. Notice the sense of purpose driving the business. (Taking care of dogs-rescue dogs/shelters etc.)

Love the site language. Perfect !

I found out they have two full time people just to delight & surprise customers. "Customer Surprise" is a critical element to incorporate into customer experience design.

Customer service is only one element of a great customer experience…but an important one. It's been 5 days since I sent a note to a shoe company about a defect in their shoes. According to the correspondence I've received to date they are still trying to figure out what department handles my complaint. Really !!!!!!

More than half of U.S. customers switched service providers in the last year due to poor customer service experiences.
