"Emirates, perhaps, is one of the best airlines to watch out for great vegan meals. The airline has been serving vegan meals since the 1990s, and in recent years, the Dubai-based airline has witnessed a 154% increase in vegan meals served onboard between 2021 and 2022, with over 280,000 plant-based meals consumed in 2022 alone.
In light of these numbers, Emirates continues to offer an extensive vegan inflight menu. Having more than 180 vegan recipes, the airline offers vegetable crêpes with a vegan spinach spring roll, creamy spinach, and avocado mousseline with marinated tofu, among other meals, as reported by Time Out Dubai."
