“This semester I was blessed to participate in Gamma Phi’s new Adopt-a-sis after school program with Rudder middle school. Meet my little sis, Briza! All semester I exchanged the most enthusiastic letters with her and today I finally met her at Girls On The Run- a nonprofit organization that inspires girls to build confidence in themselves (everything Gamma Phi Beta represents!) through their annual 5k. Briza finished the 5k first (if you don’t count those fit 45yr olds that live off of 5k’s) and I was literally in awe, lol. I was so proud of every single girl I met today. The positivity and inspiration grew within myself seeing these girls accomplish a race they anticipated all year long! This was truly the best way I could have topped off my last gphi event as I am now entering Alum Status. 😭😭😭😇❤️" -Katelyn Veverka

It's the most w̳o̳n̳d̳e̳r̳f̳u̳l̳ time of the year ~ Girls on the Run Fall 5K was a blast. It was not about who could get across the finish line 1st, but unleashing confidence through accomplishment in our young GOTR participants. Our p̳h̳i̳l̳a̳n̳t̳h̳r̳o̳p̳y̳ means so much to us and we cherish every bit of it. We LOVE building strong girls!!🏃🏽‍♀️💓
