Tokotoko Solutions was born of the desire to provide young people with the support and skills needed to navigate their time in school and through into the workforce. Our Mentoring Services, Work Ready Training and Post Employment Support help ensure our clients, and the agencies that support them, have all the tools required to reach their goals. We focus on result based solutions that put the you

ng person at the front and centre of their own journey while also assisting with pulling together the services and support available through existing channels likes schools, agencies, employers and families. The Tokotoko is a traditional Maori carved ceremonial walking stick. It is a symbol of authority and wisdom and respect that comes with age. With it it comes the responsibility on the holder to pass this knowledge and values on to the next generation. At Tokotoko we see our work as passing this knowledge on and providing a template or raid markers for our young people to work from or follow as they make their journey through life.
