We simply love the idyllic village of Fayence; especially the market days on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday where we usually forage on delicious breads, fruits, veg, salami etc. Come & explore! It’s well worth a visit. Just don’t park below the boules court! x

Saint-Tropez makes for an easy day trip from .

Jump on the Les Bateaux Verts in the port of Sainte Maxime for a breezy 15min boat-ride to Saint-Tropez.

Our favourite time to go is outside of peak season when the village is quieter and less hectic but equally, a fab place if you love people-watching, enjoy the sight of fabulous super-yachts moored in the port and a bit of razzmatazz in July & August.

Back for great tennis lessons at the fantastic . Four courts and 2 fantastic coaches; Dara & Stephane. It’s early April, the sun is shining and it’s a pleasant 15C in Fayence. What more could one ask for? .liversidge

The L’Affût des Hiboux guest book brought us plenty of smiles as we got to enjoy all the lovely messages from our wonderful Summer clients; the season has come to but we are now gearing up for 2022 by tending to the half acre terraced Mediterranean garden. Plenty to do!

The Indian Summer has been at full force and cast it’s glorious sunny rays over the house and gardens.

One of my favourite spots for an afternoon aperitif is undoubtedly on the SouthWest facing lounge with far-reaching views of the beautiful Massif de L’Esterel mountains trailing the Mediterranean coast.

After a wonderfully busy Summer season and months away from the house due to travel restrictions, we made our way down from Edinburgh yesterday and woke up to one of my favourite views; the Autumn sun rising and casting its glorious light over the plains. .

Our pool has been getting some much needed love and attention over the last week. It’s gone through a meticulous process of regrouting, retiling and a thorough cleaning process to wrap it all up.
