Near & Dear is a local goods fundraising program for California schools, non-profits, and sports organizations. Neighborhood parks, favorite pizza spot, the local coffee shop, the farmer’s market, best-loved beaches, community schools, main street shops, and downtown holiday events and festivals – these things are what make our community home. And at the heart of it all are the people working to c

reate, nurture and enrich the place we live. Near & Dear celebrates independent artisans and local businesses throughout California to offer a unique fundraising program for schools, non-profits and sports organizations. We invite others to think local, support local, and help shape the communities NEARest to you, while raising much-needed funds for those DEARest to you. Near & Dear’s catalog supports locally-made goods and offers unique, quality, beautiful, healthy, and useful products - frankly, products people want to buy and are excited to give as thoughtful gifts. From San Diego to North County, to the OC and inland, throughout Los Angeles and Central Coast, and up to San Francisco and beyond, we've visited countless main streets, festivals and farmers markets and we are pleased to offer our hand-selected collection of unique, California-made wares, goods, and treats.
