Get away, get fresh air and have fun! Yes it’s true - There’s an outdoor adventure camp for grown ups! Getaway for an ace weekend in the fresh air. Try something new, disconnect from technology and scare yourself a little :O)
Escapade Adventure Camps are designed just for adults (kids shouldn’t have all the fun)! Immerse yourself in an old school camp atmosphere, right down to the act
ivities, games and camp fires. Fly solo, come with a partner, bring a bunch of mates along to celebrate an occasion or come just for the fun of it! When was the last time you tried something new, did something for yourself and disconnected from technology? Our camps allow people to take time out, breath in some fresh air and recharge from childhood memories. Camp includes:
Bus transfer from Melbourne
Cabin style accommodation (kickin' it old school yo!)
Delish meals and snacks once we arrive at camp
ALL activities and equipment, including inflatable water world and trivia! Customisable goal sheet to take home and set your next adventure goals! (nothing culty, just spreading the love)
Please do feel free to bring any alcohol and instruments you might like. ( I have a guitar if anyone wants to make it come alive). There aren't many rules (other than safety), however,we do strongly encourage leaving ego, status and work at home (work is a big part of us so please refrain from it being the first question you ask. We are more interested in your lifestyles, hobbies and loves). How did this happen? Escapade was founded on FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). Travel has always been a big part of my life whether it’s a weekend away or a budget busting world wide adventure, meeting new people, trying new things and getting fresh air. I love the feeling of getting back from a trip away and feeling recharged, carefree and proud (that I took the time to actually do it)! Whenever i travel I write a list of things I've enjoyed on my trip that I could do when I get home too. After a few conversations with mates it was obvious to me that people wanted to try things, discover things and pretty much just adventure the s**t out of a weekend. I felt surrounded by sitters and 'gunnas', instead of adventurous spirits and go-getters.I heard adults commenting on activities and experiences that their kids, nieces or nephews had done and how amazing they were. My teenage cousin experienced a night alone in the bush (on purpose) for school and it made me think, when do adults grown and push themselves? (it's ok, no solo camping on this trip). What was it that was stopping adults from doing the same? Money, lifestyle, fear, excuses? Whatever it is, I wanted to organise something for my mates, their mates and whoever else is keen. It can get expensive to try new activities, put on roof racks, hire equipment (or know how to use it!), so why not tailor a camp away just for adults, with everything included and a waft of awesomeness in the air…. why not…… so I did… THE END :O)
