So here at AX there have been some changes. We are back in a Jeep rig that is a little more geared towards rock-landing. This has always been the style of off-road travel we lean towards. Also we will be offering up guided side by side tours in the near future.

We will be hosting a Wild Cat ride Drc 16th-18th. This will be an adventure for folks that aren't afraid to conquer new trails and explore in the heart of Appalachia. We will not be allowing trailers on this trip due to the unknown conditions we will be traveling in. This ride will also be limited to 8 rigs. Sometimes we hit dead ends and turning around a huge group is difficult in the best situations. An event post will be added up very shortly. Please RSVP as soon as possible so we have a good head count.

Appalachian Expeditions is planning a 10-12 day trip for next year to either the Ozarks or to New Hampshire/ Vermont area. Who would be interested in attending and where would you like to go? This is going to be over the summer and should be a trip of epic adventure!

Dog Day's of Summer was an epic adventure as always! We had a group that came together as strangers and left as what we'd like to think of as life long friendships being made. Thanks to all those that attended! Post up any pictures that you may have from the trip. We should have a highlight video up in a few days as well. Hey folks! We want to offer a very special deal for the trip this upcoming weekend. With the unprecedented circumstances we are all dealing with in terms of the economy, fuel prices and inflation in general, we will be waiving the fee of this trip! We know that folks are stretched thin, and stress levels are through the roof for many people. Take this time to relax and unwind. We are going to modify the schedule just a touch. Instead of leaving Friday morning from Basspro, we will leave in the evening. Those folks wanting to attend, but may be coming from a closer direction may choose to meet up at the first camp location. Coordinates will be shared with those that DM us.
Plan on bringing some attire to get wet in, because with the extra high temps we plan on hitting some good swimming holes!
