Trip to Sila Peninsula on a Long Weekend

Trip to Sila Peninsula with Outdoor Lovers Crew took a long time coming due to prolonged Corona restrictions. Finally, all the stars aligned with the long UAE National Day holidays and we headed to Sila after camping in Liwa overnight. Apart from flotsam Sila beach was relatively clean, yet it took effort from the entire crew to clear the campsite and the adjacent beach area. With calm seas, we had our best camp night in Abu Dhabi the first night followed by a relaxed morning the next day. Sila sunset and the sunrise did not disappoint us, all the long miles we travelled from Sharjah was well worth it.

However, the second night was a different beast altogether with cold temperatures followed by the howling wind all around us. We were glad that we had a solid tent to retire and it wasn't too bad. The trip was proof that our rig and camping setup has gotten to a level we can be satisfied with. All credit should go to Bazil and Eranga of the Outdoor Lovers Team and late Mr. Hanif Mohammad of One Thousand Dunes Garage for their help. With special thanks to Outdoor Lovers crew, we look forward to more adventures in future.

ඉතින් නොයෙක් සංචාරක සටහන්, රට තොට විත්ති, යාන වාහන සහ විවිධ අත්දැකීම් සමඟ හිත ගිය බොහෝ දේ බෙදා හදා ගන්න තමයි මේ වෑයම.

මේ සමගම ඔබේ යෝජනා, අදහස් සහ නොයෙක් සාධනීය චෝදනා සියල්ල සතුටින් බාර ගන්න සැදී පැහැදී ඉන්නවා !
