We spent the past week+ at our Finding the Magic Villa! The kids swam, watched movies, fished, played pool, visited the waterpark and just had a great time! The adults took some time to knock out a few projects! Everyone spent a few days at Coco Beach, Siesta Bay and Margueritaville! It was a great getaway!

If you're looking for a place to vacation, our Finding the Magic Villa might be the place! Even without Disney World, there's plenty to do! You can stay at the villa all day or take a day trip to one of Florida's famous beaches! Maybe you can go to Port Canaveral to watch a rocket launch or you can spend the day at the resort pool and waterside! The governor lifted the vacation rental ban earlier this week, so we're ready to host you and your family!

We had a great time hanging out with our family and friends! We are glad the Trahan's, Brown's and Thomas' could join us! We also appreciate the help installing the patio fans Mitch Trahan! Stacy Brown did an amazing job with the blue tape! Madison and Patrick even helped out by replacing torn screens on the lanai!

Why spend $200+ a night for each Disney Value room, when you can get a 5 bedroom/5 bath house for $200 a night?

Our Finding the Magic Villa has three bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. It has an amazing private theater with authentic theater seats, surround sound and over 150 DVD's to choose from! We recently added 5 arcade machines to the game room, including Pac-Man, Galaga, Centipede, Street Fighter II and Rampage! We have two Disney themed rooms for the kiddos. In the Mickey room, we have a full/twin bunk bed set and a Nintendo Classic NES game console. The Star Wars room also has a full/twin bunk bed set and its very own Astroids arcade machine! Our kitchen was recently renovated and now has new Stainless Steel Whirlpool appliances!

"We come to Orlando at least once a year and have several family members and family units that travel with us. We have been coming for more than five years and have rented many villas before…..however, none have compared to the Finding the Magic Villa. Frankly, there was so much to do in the home and in the area that we couldn’t get to it all.

From the moment we entered the house we felt welcomed and it was clear that the home is being cared for and not just used to run as many people through it as possible. The owners checked on us and showed genuine concern for our well-being, not just that of their house! (We stayed there during hurricane Dorian.)

We spent the past week working on our Villa. We renovated the kitchen! We added a glass tile backsplash and new Whirlpool Stainless Steel appliances! We paint the exterior and steam cleaned the tiles and grout! We added curtains to most of the rooms for those lazy days, when you want to sleep late. :) Everything looks Amazing!!! If you are planning a trip to Orlando, consider staying at our Finding the Magic Villa. You won't regret it!

We finally made it back to Orlando to finish a few projects at our Finding the Magic Villa. A second row of theater seats and surround sound system have been installed. It now has curtains around all four walls and feels just like a "real" theater. It looks Amazing!

The game room also received its fair share of upgrades. A brand new Rampage machine and Finding Nemo mural have been added!

We are excited for everyone to see the new and improved Finding the Magic Villa!

The past two weekends were spent adding some AMAZING features to our Finding the Magic Villa!

First, the Game Room was updated and now includes 5 Arcade Machines and a ping pong topper for the pool table.

Next, we added a Private Movie Theater! Although we weren't able to complete the project, we are far enough along that our guest will still be able to use it. During our next visit, we will add two more rows of theater seats, add black curtains to all four walls, add a burgandy curtain for the movie screen and add a floating cabinet under the tv to hold the DVD player and a DVD library of over 150 titles!!!

Finally, we converted the two twin bedrooms into bunk rooms. Each room now includes 1 full bed and 1 twin bed and can accommodate 3 guest each. Our Villa capacity has increased from 10 to 12.

Spent the weekend renovating the game room and adding a private movie theater. We are hoping to have both projects completed by February 12. The new game room will include 5 new arcade machines, with over 15 popular games... PacMan, Gallaga, Centipede, Astroids, etc.
