Must reside in Mitchell's plain, be of sober habit, be able to use whatsapp. Should have knowledge of the Mitchell's plain area and schools in the area. After hours be availabe to drive staff to areas outside of mitchells plain eg. Khayelitsha, Gugs, Phillipi etc.
