Spent the day hiking the glaciers of Skaftafell in Iceland. The out of this world landscape has been used for films such as "Batman Begins," "Interstellar," and "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty." Also used in "Game of Thrones." What an amazing experience!

Us helping the 4x4 driver shovel a path through the rocky road. He was passionate about Icelandic folklore and nature. He told us, "Every spring, I feel in my heart the elves calling me back to the wild."

Just finished a day of hiking through the Icelandic wilderness. Took a 4x4 bus to get into the backcountry as we had to ford several rivers. The valley between two glaciers was freezing, but the views were amazing.
