Why Rent A Timeshare Condo
Here is a list of reasons why you should rent a timeshare condo:
1. You can stay in 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedroom units, either deluxe suites or "Presidential" suites. You can stay in a studio unit or a hotel room. Some resorts are in 2 or 3 story buildings, some resorts have high rise condo units and some resorts have duplex or stand alone condo units.
2. Timeshares come full
y equipped. Most have full kitchens stocked with dishes, cutlery, cookware and small appliances. Most have separate dining and living rooms. Most master bedrooms are large with large ensuites. Most units have your own private washer and dryer. Timeshares are like a home away from home. Most resorts have been professionally decorated.
3. Timeshares can be found in almost any area. Most are located in incredible locations: private gated communities, in the mountains, around a lake, completely inside Walt Disney Walls (but not owned by Disney), on a plantation and in major urban centers. Our Club Wyndham platinum ownership gives us access to Club Wyndham Plus Resorts, Worldmark Resorts, Shell Vacations Club Resorts, Wyndham's The Avenue Collection Resorts and RCI weeks and nights bookings.
4. With a timeshare condo you have the convenience of being able to buy your groceries and cook/eat in your unit or go outdoors and use the resort's BBQ's (when available). This is a convenience which allows your family members to have breakfast whenever they wake up and start their day at different times. What a savings, both cost and time, when you don't have to eat every meal in a restaurant!
5. Timeshare units can be reserved for any number of nights (minimum 2 night stay) and check-in can be any day of the week. You can book your condo rental to coincide with the lowest airfare rates. Our family almost exclusively vacations from a Thursday or Friday check-in to a Monday or Tuesday check-out to save on our airfare costs and our 1 week vacations are usually 9 or 10 night stays.
6. With our timeshare level of ownership we can book units up to 13 months in advance of check-in (standard booking is within 10 months of check-in).
