NexGen Events & Design and NexGen Photo Booth are in the final stages of legally becoming one LLC entity. With that being said all albums and photos have been removed for a fresh start to our businesses into the 2023 New Year. If you would still like to get access photos from past events or this year's events but do not see it posted on our page, please contact us at [email protected]. 2023 event photos are sometimes set to privacy per request by our clients.

Update: Our calendar is closed for 2023. Bookings for 2024 & 2025 are now open.

We are blessed to have all the continued love and support for our business. Please keep in mind, due to high number of interests, inquiries and maintaining our current clients, response times will be in the order they are received and can take up to 2 weeks for a response.

We hope that everyone is excited about Fall and the upcoming Halloween season.

We would like to update all of our clients and guests whom are awaiting photos from the events you had attended. Due to unforeseen circumstances which mainly involved technical issues, there has been a delay in retrieving photos from the programs and equipment we use. During one of our events, our equipment overheated and malfunctioned. It took some time to retrieve the photos from various events, getting them downloaded, edited and uploaded to share.

We are grateful for your patience and understanding during this time as it is definitely a situation we did not have any control over or would have wanted to happen, but we have worked tirelessly to resolve the issues and catch up with our work and our services.

For guests who would like to view any wedding photos from the weddings or events that you attended but do not see it on our business page or business website www.NexGenPhotoBooth.com, please make sure to contact the main person in charge of event/wedding as there could be a privacy preference that they did not want to share photos of the event/wedding on social media sites publicly and should have a link and password for you to view.

If you have any questions or concerns please email us at [email protected].

Again due to the amount of inquiries and schedule changes or during our busy event/wedding season, our response time is about 2 weeks out. Also we are booked and closed out for the rest of the 2022 year. We are booking 2023 and onward.

We would like to make a reminder announcement in case new viewers visit our page. Bookings for 2022 is closed for both NexGen Events & Design and NexGen Photo Booth.

As we look back into 2021 in review, it was definitely an overwhelming year as we were blessed with more business than we were able to handle and because of that it has affected the quality of our customer service.

As a business, we pride ourselves in our customer service for many years and not being able to keep up with it has been heart wrenching and humbling.

With that being said, due to the amount of bookings and inquiries at this point in the year, with deepest regret, we have decided to close bookings for 2022 so that we can better service our current clients.

Please know that bookings for 2023 and onward are open.
