If you have traveled in the past few years, you have probably experienced some delays with an airline. It can be frustrating as life for every industry is adjusting to life post Covid. This where knowledge and expectations are key!
Today, the U.S. Department of Transportation is debuting a new Airline Customer Service Dashboard "...to ensure the traveling public has easy access to information about services that U.S. airlines provide to mitigate passenger inconveniences when the cause of a cancellation or delay was due to circumstances within the airline’s control." Note those last few words because they are important - within the airline's control.
This site brings together, in one space, the benefits that the individual airlines provide their passengers when things like "Controllable" cancellations and delays. (Not weather related) These are not new benefits, but they are easier to find.
