I hope my devoted passion for children and teaching with an open heart allows my students to blossom and discover their true, creative and happy selves. Shaping hearts and minds to connect with their bodies in this amazing ancient practice is kind work that I adore and I am passionate about...with all of my heart. I enjoy teaching a nurturing, dynamic and playful form of yoga. I have liked learning about many wonderful and interesting facts about how children learn in my years of teaching experience. I incorporate my elementary school teaching, creative movement, visualization, science, art music, children's literature and nature based learning into my classes. I enjoy weaving all these things together for some magical fabric...the fabric made of the love and joy of being a child discovering themselves.
