Kristie Miller Fitness I've been active my entire life. As I get older, I would like to, not only, maintain my health but h That was the start to my lifetime love of working out.

When I was about 11 or 12 I remember doing Jane Fonda workouts on holiday mornings preparing to eat all that delicious food later in the day. What a great memory of my mom, my dad and me in the living room hopping around. Karate, hiking, mountain biking, and an assortment of aerobic classes...I thought it was all over when, at 25, my doctors told me that I had Multiple Sclerosis. But that wasn’t t

he case! In fact, he said, because I have been active my whole life and caught the disease early, that muscle memory would help me maintain my active lifestyle. Now, 16 years later, I am doing my favorite workouts at least 6 days a week and in the best shape of my life. I'm so excited to be a Beach Body coach and have the opportunity to help others.
