Artist Statement
We have found a way to combine three of our passions, photography, the outdoors, and adventure travel. When we take a photograph we are trying to grasp a unique perspective that will latter be shared with others. Our photos capture the beauty that surrounds us everyday here in Ohio and around t

he world. This beauty changes with the passing of each
season, the passing of each storm, and with
each day’s setting sun. Each time we fly the
Lake Erie coastline, paddle on a river, or ski
a backcountry trail the scenery is different. When we download our photographs we are always amazed at what we have captured
This inspires us to go out again and again
Through photography we have learned to
recognize and appreciate the amazing structures, colors, and light that exist in
our natural and man‐made worlds. Since we have taken up photography we
look at ordinary things in a different light
and found them to be extraordinary.
