Having returned from a month in the first world to my magical home here in Southern Nicaragua I realize firstly, how lucky I am to have found this and secondly, what a special place I have here.
The peace and closeness to nature is unparalleled , the stars and the fireflies are seamless and the general feeling of rejuvenation is undeniable. The sounds of howler monkeys, parrots and the sweet ti**le of wind chimes fills the space around us.
I see banana and papaya growing, along with figs, tomatoes and 3 kinds of peppers flourishing. Sugarcane, herbs and passionfruit complete the picture.

Rainy season is pretty much over here in Southern Nicaragua, the sun shines everyday and the temperatures are perfect. The ocean continues to be warm and is starting to produce awesome surfing waves.
