Esta villa muy bien equipada para vacacionar se encuentra en los Altos de Playa Negra, en Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Limón, a tan solo minutos de la animada vida nocturna y el sorprendente panorama culinario y turístico de la zona. El moderno diseño ofrece una distribución abierta con un espacio ideal para entretener a los huéspedes. Para mayor comodidad, la villa tiene tres dormitorios espaciosos con AC en cada habitación, camas king, clóset, ventanas y mucha luz natural. El dormitorio principal tiene baño privado con ducha de vidrio y tina. Los dormitorios delux comparten un baño en el pasillo. Adicionalmente, hay un espacio semi-privado en la terraza con un ventilador de techo y vista a la piscina. La Villa está enclavada en un soleado patio privado con una terraza en la que figura una piscina exterior con gazebo, tumbonas alrededor de la piscina, hamaca, estación de barbacoa portátil, hermosos jardines con una variedad de árboles frutales y un trillo natural privado a tan solo 3 minutos de una hermosa playa privada de arena negra, conocida como Black Sand Beach (Playa Negra). En total, la villa puede acomodar confortablemente a 8 adultos pero da la opción de agregar una cama individual en cada dormitorio, si el huésped lo deseara, para un total de 11 personas. La Villa cuenta con estacionamiento seguro para hasta 5 autos. VILLA ARAGON esta administrada por las dueñas, Martha y Alejandra, quienes se asegurarán de que el cliente esté debidamente informado antes de su llegada y durante su estadía.

The Villa is nestled in a private sun-drenched courtyard with a terrace featuring an outdoor pool/gazebo, loungers around the pool, sundeck, hammock, portable barbecue, and beautiful gardens with a variety of fruit-bearing trees. Possessing a private beach trail, you will have easy access to the ocean whenever you please. So whether you want to spend the days lazing by the pool, or hiking through sandy beaches enclosed by dramatic jungle vistas, Villa Aragon offers the best of the Caribe Sur in one great location.

Inside the villa, a slide-away glass door separates the dining area from the garden and outdoor pool. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, formal dining table for six and a comfy living room with AC and a 51’’ flat screen TV, cable, WiFi and puzzles. The modern, open floor layout constitutes an ideal venue for entertaining guests whether you are ordering pizza or creating your own Costa Rican-inspired culinary masterpiece.

For your comfort, the villa offers three spacious bedrooms with closets, windows and ample sunlight. The master bedroom has an AC unit and an en-suite master bathroom that features an all-glass shower and a tub. The other two deluxe bedrooms have king size beds, ceiling fans and a shared hall bathroom. Additionally, there is a semi-private half room located in the terrace with a ceiling fan and views of the pool. In total, the house can comfortably sleep 8 adults, with the option of adding 1 additional twin bed in each of the bedrooms, depending on the size of the reservation.
