The BEST start to the Easter weekend! I'm so lucky to be sounded by such a supportive group of people! The BHSC commitee pulled out all the stops to make this weekend a success, but the biggest shout out to my Family, friends and especially the Mini Blankneys who without thier help, we wouldn't have had such a fantastic day!! ❤️

The Blankney Hunt are holding their first Hunt ride on the 12th August. Please see the information below

These rides are a great introduction for horses and riders for riding in larger groups, these are field mastered rides with no Hounds.

The Hunt Ride on Saturday 12th August will be at Grange Farm North Rauceby NG34 8EX by kind permission of James and Zoe Ireland. To be ready to ride at 9am. It will be about 1 to 11/2 hrs long. Dress code is casual hacking. Mostly walk and trot.

A lovely relaxed environment suitable for all levels.

The Blankney Hunt Summer Auction 2023

Good morning

The Blankney Hunt Summer Auction is due to go live via Jumblebee on Monday 17th July 2023 and will run to the 27th August 2023.

A link will be added on the morning.

Please take a look, we have some fantastic lots up for grabs. There is something for everyone including race days, holiday homes, show jackets, garden tours, pictures, cakes and lots more.

The profits from this auction will help raise much needed funds for the hunt.

🌞Especially big Thankyou to riders that took the time to thank the Volunteers on gates and road crossings!🌞 These wonderful people give up thier time (often at the last minute) to enable us to run these events!! Your thanks is greatly appreciated !

BHSC Pleasure Ride

🗓 Saturday 3rd June at Hall Grounds, Blankney, LN4 3AZ

🔶 When booking in please provide the following information:
Full name of the person booking plus number of riders in the group. Please note all communication will then be with that person.
Preferred time block: 9:30 – 10:00, 10:00 – 10:30, 10:30-11:00, 11:00-11:30 or 11:30-12 noon.
How many vehicles will be used transporting the horses and whether it is a lorry or a trailer. This information is needed to ensure we have sufficient parking arranged for everyone.

🧡Please note that bookings can only be done via e-mailing the above e-mail address and all e-mails will be processed in the order they are received. In addition, please remember that the e-mails will only be picked up and processed once / twice a day.

🗺️ As with previous years, we will be running a short route and a longer route. The short route will be suitable for lead rein/younger children.

💰 With this in mind, we will be charging £10 for children under 10, and £20 for riders over 10 years old. Please note, that once payment is made, there will be no refunds.

🍔 There will be catering provided on the day.

Plans are going ahead for our first ride of the season on the 3rd June. Entries will be the same as previous years, Pre entry via email only. We will open entries by the end of next week, just finalising details! 🗓️

I hope you are all keeping well in this long hot summer. Hunting season and early mornings will soon be here again. We are planning a hunt ride on 13th August 9am at Grange Farm, North Rauceby NG34 8EX. It will be mostly walk and trot .
