These last few days I made a continuous effort to wake up at 5:15 to take a walk on the beach to watch the 🌅 ... BY MYSELF! As a stay at home mother of 2 there isn’t room for ME time especially in a time where being stuck in the house is the norm.

It was such a freeing experience to be ALONE- just me, the ocean and the sun.

✨It’s amazing how healing the sound of crashing waves, breathing in the fresh ocean breeze and time to clear your mind through meditation can be for your mental well-being.✨
