That is what we refer to as “the business end” of a lion. He’s not that old nor really that big, for a lion. All things are relative… and that is a cat that is relatively effective at his trade craft ! On our photo safaris, big cats tend to be our focus and close encounter forte’.

World Rhino Day ! Probably the biggest conservation tragedy in our lifetime. Their numbers aren’t down due to global climate change nor excessive trophy hunting. Rhino populations are diminishing because of Poaching! Nearly 100% is illegally exported to Asia where it is cherished for its almost magical medicinal powers… Blah, blah, blah!

If you want to really help in a true conservation effort - donate to one of the anti-poaching organizations in Southern Africa. Not more windmills and solar panels … Rhino Anti Poaching!!!
