Latest WWMF video from the depths of the Brazilian rainforest, (the bit which is protected and has not been logged!!) Fishing for the giant Peacock Bass of the Rio Marie River. An incredible experience, all the more so given the comfort and sophistication of the operation given how very very remote it is. Above all it was the fishing we cam for and it absolutely did not disappoint. A trip to remember!

We should all be saddened and appauled in equal measure. It is indeed ironic that those who seek to catch Salmon with rod and line are the last thin wall protecting them!

Avoided farm salmon, whether in the supermarket, restaurant or in your sushi roll!

Feel Good Friday. Fishing trips are most definitely not just about the fishing. A fabulous Bear experience on a rather dirty Kitimat River in British Columbia after some very high rain.

Despite the Kitimat River being in less than ideal conditions for our target Species of Coho, This Grizzly Bear and her two cubs were 100% in their element!

Congratulations Peter, who after a circuitous route out to Russia, arriving into Murmansk at 4am, was collected breakfasted at River Belousiha lodge and was straight into acton on the Voronya. Fantastic and just reward for his travel exertions.
