My favorite homepage (http://f**kinghomepage.com/) provided very honest and accurate words of wisdom today: "THOSE WHO DON’T HAVE TIME FOR EXERCISE WILL SOONER OR LATER HAVE TO FIND TIME FOR ILLNESS."

As a personal trainer, I often heard lack of time used as an excuse. If your health is important to you, take a hard look at your daily schedule and block off time when you are typically unproductive or wasteful. Then make exercise a priority and part of your routine. Your future self will thank you!
