Four years ago, I first ran the number of miles as the age I was turning right around my birthday. I repeated the feat again in February 2015 (15 running/ 17 walking), February 2016 (33 running), and December 2016 (34 running). After watching the 2018 World Marathon Challenge finish up two days ago, I thought what better way to spend my last day of 34 but running and walking 35 miles! Even though I am definitely not in marathon shape, I managed to run 18 miles and walk 17 miles in just under 7.5 hours. Bring on 35!

2015 is in the books! 4,381 miles logged for a 12 mile per day average (4.44 running and 7.56 walking)! 60K+ minutes, 1K+ hours, ~42 days, or ~11.5% of the year spent moving. ~530K calories burnt or 3,148 pints of Guiness. Happy 2016, I think I'll have a beer!
