We at CS Labs strongly believe that customer service should not just be a department, but it should be the entire company. Today, Customer-centric approach is something that a business cannot do without due to stiff competition and reducing brand loyalty. Moreover according to a survey, Indian customers are one of the most reactive customers with 71% likely to drop an intended purchase due to poor

customer service. Also, it takes 12 good customer experiences to make them forget 1 bad experience. So, a bad customer experience will cost heavily to the brand. Therefore, at CS Labs, it is our endeavour to promote such an ecosystem in India where customer remains at the centre of all corporate decisions. We aim to do this by:
1. Providing research on best customer practices to corporates
2. Liasoning between customer and corporates to reach an acceptable solution
3. Carrying out surveys to collect VOC and make it available to corporates
4. Other activities that will enable corporates to deliver customer delight and experience
