Hey everyone so I just had an amazing Skype meeting with Kit from Costa Dulce (the retreat space we are staying at) and I am super pumped even more now! I will now be writing up a final itinerary for us all, a "what to bring" list and so on.

What I need from you guys- a private massage here to this page or an email to [email protected] with the following:

1.- Your flight times (arrival/departure) Flight numbers.

He said they will come at any hour of the day or night to pick us up from the airport, but best to have 4 or more for each shuttle run. So I will make a spread sheet with your flights and get this organized.

2. - Ask me any questions you have about ANYTHING, so I can ask him in our next meeting/emails.

They have all the bedding/bug nets for us to use so no worries on packing/buying blankets or nets to have over you when you sleep.

Something he mentioned to me and Ill tell you now so you can start looking is that you bring lots of sun protection. Not just sunscreen but hats/rashguards/sun shirts/ sunglasses/ etc. The sun is very strong there and we will be outside a lot of the day. He said he wears a surf hat when he surfs. Which you can buy on most surf supply sites, not a must but something to think about. If you don't own a rashguard you may want to buy one for the week there. He also said they supply a towel for each person for your shower usage but to pack a Beach towel that you can bring down to the beach with you each day.

He told me there is a lot of hills all around them and that it is safe to run in the jungle and lots of cool trails. So be ready to hit them up each morning on our morning jogs. eeeek so excited!

He said the best thing for doing well with the surfing is to get out and do a little swimming if you get a chance from now till then. Hit up a lap pool or whatever you can to get a little practice in the water and strengthen your swim skills. Ahhh I havent swam in a long time myself so something I may try to do a few times in the next month!

A great flight to check out. Carol paid $550 Canadian ground trip and arrives super early Saturday morning. So u have a full day there. Bring a book or sit back and pp watch for a few hours I'm guessing they will come to pick yas up at the crack of light. I have a Skype meeting with them tomorrow and will confirm the last of my questions.

Ok I also want to have a BBQ/Bonfire here at Urban Surf this month. So we can all meet and get super stoked together!! Eeeeeek.. Marc is in town the week of the 23-28th. So I am thinking we do it on the thur/fri or the Mon/tues. How is everyones availabilities on those nights? We can go over the trip, I will hand out "What to Bring" list and so on!
