We are very disappointed to announce that, in the wake of recent COVID-19 protocols outlined for Maine through August 2020, we have cancelled our short term rentals for the year. We had many wonderful new families coming to stay with us, as well as several returning guests. We intend to relist the property for short term rentals in 2021 and we hope to see you then!

In the meantime, if you or someone else you know is looking for a long term stay, please reach out to us! We are offering two opportunities for our 2BR, 1.5 BA ocean view unit, steps from Young’s Lobster.

1) A 2020 summer seasonal rental June-October. Fully furnished, all inclusive. If traveling from out of state, complete your 14 day quarantine as required, and then enjoy a summer in Midcoast Maine. $2,000 per month.

2) A longer term, June 2020 to May 2021. Fully furnished, all inclusive. $1,600 per month.

Dates, lengths of stay negotiable. Pets on case by case basis with additional fee.

New dates for All Roads Music Festival!

After much consideration & collaboration, we have made the choice to reschedule our May event to the weekend of September 11 + 12!

Now going into our 6th year, we've always held down the third weekend in May but are very excited to be able to bring you an incredible weekend on the Maine coast this Fall. All tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates. Our venues and partners are on board, and we will keep you updated on any schedule and lineup changes.

Take care of yourselves now so we can celebrate and gather together soon. See you in September!
