Hi-Integra Homes, Inc.( originally Crestierra, Inc) was incorporated back in 1997 as an offshoot of Hi-Integra, Inc, a general construction company with years of experience in the industry specializing in medium rise projects and finishing works, thus earning the trust and respect of well known clients such as Rockwell Land among others. Capitalizing on the same group's vision/mission of building
affordable, yet comfortable and standard uplifting residential projects for the Filipino people, it ventured into a small scale townhouse development project in Better Living, Parañaque in the same year. Unfortunately, the Asian financial crisis hit and the group was forced to step back momentarily, albeit steadfast in its vision/mission. Finally, sometime in the year 2006, with a resurgent economy in the background, Hi-Integra Homes, Inc came back strong with its “One Cecilia Place” project, this time in what is now the Central Business District of Quezon City. Buoyed by its initial success, “One Carmela Place” and “One Lourdes Place” were subsequently developed and embraced by the market given its location in the same area in Brgy Pag-Asa, Quezon City, as well as the price and terms they were being offered at. Now embarking on its Fourth project, “One Nenita Place”, and banking on the valuable lessons and experiences it has gained over the past years, Hi-Integra Homes, Inc will continue to meet the market's needs and demands. The rest is however not yet history as Hi-Integra Homes, Inc boldly carves its niche in the industry as it helps more and more Filipino families find their homes.
