Happy New Year everyone! 2024 was an incredible year! We saw so many incredible storms and tornadoes! Lots of memories and new friendships were made! Here are some of out favorite moments of 2024! Including the April eclipse and Auroras seen from Texas! Onto 2025! We look forward to seeing everyone this upcoming Storm Season!

Our Top 5 Tornadoes of 2024! I could have done multiple tornadoes for a single day but I wanted to spread them out based on dates!
#1 - Minden, Nebraska. July 6th This is a very special tornado for me. It occurred a short while after sending my friend Brian's ashes into a supercell thunderstorm. The tornado was large and only seen by very few people. This tornado also did very little damage which was impressive for its size and the motions it had.
#2 Hawley, Texas. May 2nd. Lasting over 25 minutes and only moving 3 miles while being incredibly photogenic. What more can I say?
#3 Duke, Oklahoma. May 23rd. This tornado gave an amazing show, staying over the rural countryside and lasting nearly an hour! It easily makes the top 5.
#4 Harlan, Iowa. April 26th. Really this entire day was nuts but this monster was so impressive even with the distance between us and the tornado.
#5 Russell, Kansas. My 19th. Along I-70 we witnessed several tornadoes that afternoon with this one being my favorite of the day. Not many chasers on this storm as it was a sleepy target but we nailed it! This tornado was so dramatic with all the dust and it was coming right to us. A cool tornado!

Abbott, New Mexico, July 15, 2023, during Tour 8! This was a fairly long-lived tornado that rapidly changed shape! It was rain-wrapped most of its life but gave us a great view for the last few minutes before dissipating.
