Pardon me! Only 63,206 characters? How can you expect me to capture the magnificent spirit of this great land in a MERE 63,206 characters!?

What of my lengthy stanza on the Declaration of Independence? How could I adequately describe the grandeur of purple mountain majesties let alone amber waves of grain? Perhaps you failed to realize that I devoted an entire section to enumerating each and every state bird across the nation? It was alphabetized!

Why…uh…how…well…hrmph… How long is 63,206 characters anyway?

Well, I suppose I’ll just say:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, AMERICA!

We were some of the very first guests to enjoy eating at the Minions Cafe! That’s right- Universal Studios is being overrun by Minions, who have claimed the front of the park as their own land!

The rooms are decorated down to the last detail, including bananas everywhere and even a minion in the freezer! The larger Minions there to help with your order (Team Members,) are so friendly and really take on their role! They made it such a fun experience!

We tried some delicious dishes as well as their souvenir drinks. With the tongue color changing effect, I’d say these are perfect for the little minion in your family!

I’m here at Universal Islands of Adventure to celebrate Jurassic Park’s 30th anniversary and having a blast! Visiting these parks is a bucket list item for any Jurassic Park fan!

That moment when you’re meeting a character and you can’t figure out what they’re trying to tell you… apparently he was not signaling with his hands for me to kneel 😆 I never did figure out what he meant! But at least it made for a fun photo where we’re all confused!

I’m headed to Universal Orlando for a training this week. We had a later afternoon flight, checked in at Universal’s Endless Summer hotel to a spacious 2 bedroom suite where we can see Hogwarts, Hulk and the Islands of Adventure tower from our room! A quick change and a short jaunt over to Disney Springs for an evening of fun and goodies!
All the live music outside reminds me of Nashville, but the atmosphere happily brings back thoughts of my days working and playing at Walt Disney World ❤️ And I feel like we hit a mini lottery because Gideon’s Bakehouse has just a standby line with no virtual queue! It smells so good!
