Barbara Chandler, born in St. Thomas Virgin Island,a longtime resident of Central Florida and Cultural Arts Manager of Crealde’s Hannibal Square Heritage Center. Barbara is the founder of Tours, Entertainment, Arts (TEA) Orlando, where we provide guided tours in historic African American communities, a network of live entertainment and promote and manage local visual artists.
