Nice little conversion of two single bed flats in to a single dwelling in west looe for Mr and Mrs Clemens.
The bottom flat was suffering with some damp issues which we had to address first before we brought it up to spec with internal timber stud work with as much insulation as we could fit in.
We also installed a new set of stairs to link both properties.
Nearing completion on this one so more photos to follow.
