As we head into the new year, it is time again for Coco Goals. Every year my family gets together and drinks Hot Coco and sets goals for the next year, including the young children.
A lot of people think this is a waste of time, but what they don't realize is it is setting them up for success in the future. If kids are used to setting goals every year, when they are older and have jobs, setting goals becomes second nature.
When you set goals and approve them with your boss, then go back the next year with your goals achieved, it is easier to ask for a raise. It shows you are making the company more successful by becoming more successful your self.
Now if you only set a goal and stick in the drawer until the next year, it will never benefit you. You must first set the goal, then break it down on how you will achieve it, then create a Vision board showing the results of those accomplished goals. Keep them first and foremost in your mind.
Kids love vision boards. Cutting out pictures from magazines to show their prizes for accomplishing their goas, makes it real and tangible. I have included our goal sheets to help you along.

We have 2 sets of tickets for sale for the HWY 30 National Music Festival in Twin Falls ID if you know anyone looking to go. We had personal things come up and are not going to be able to attend this year.
Originally they were $1,765 dollars for both sets with taxes. Each ticket includes camping for all 4 days and 2 tickets to all the shows. We are selling them for $1,750.00. Which makes them $875 a piece or 437.50 a person. That's pretty cheap for a 4 day concert including camping.
Our tickets are sold out. Let me know if you are interested. Our camping spots are 86 and 87 which are full hook ups.
We've recently gotten into Sourdough Pizza. It has changed our world. And saved a ton, because we no longer order pizza as we can make it faster then they can deliver.
I make the dough on weekends and can freeze it so we just have to throw a few in the fridge so I can make it any night we feel like it.
It used to take me an hour to cook one pizza, now I can cook two in under 30 min. They are fast and delicious. They are also better for people with Diabetes or gluten intolerate.
I didn't even know my oven could really cook at 550 degrees. I was scared the first time and we had some major fails, but now I have it down.
One tip if you decide to do Stone cooked pizza, invest in parchment paper and a pizza flipper, it's a game changer.
