Whether you are coming into town for work, to watch a sporting event, or just to enjoy a bit of time in Denver, our house will make you feel right at home! You can't ask for a better location. Our 1922 bungalow is a 7 minute walk to the light rail (which stops at every sports venue along it's route to union station downtown + the airport) & close proximity to 3 major highways (I-25, I-70, & 6th Avenue) making a drive to anywhere (including the foothills and Red Rocks) a short and easy drive. However, the best secret is that our place is a 10 minute walk to Sloans lake. Enjoy the views of the Denver skyline from here while you enjoy this gorgeous park! Inside the home, you'll find 4 bedrooms: (BR #1: 1 queen, BR #2: office with a futon, BR #3: two XL twins, BR #4: can be configured as two XL twins or one King), and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is well appointed and has open access to the cozy living room as well as the backyard. Our favorite part of the house is the front porch which is a great location to enjoy your morning cup of coffee (and yes there is a coffee maker!)
