Here is the summer rental fee calendar. There is an additional $200 refundable deposit once the unit is inspected after your stay.
A 20% deposit is required at booking with the balance due 21 days prior to your stay.
Deposit refunded if cancellation occurs prior to the 21 day balance due.

May 27-Aug 4/ 5 night min
May 27-June 9 $265 per night
June 10-June 30 $328 per night
July 1-July 7 $359 per night
July 8-Aug 4 $328 per night

Aug 5-Sept 1/ 3 night min
Aug 5- Aug 11 $255 per night
